Would NOT recommend

This machine is an absolute dud. It's painfully slow—like, dial-up slow in 2024. It keeps crashing on me, randomly throwing up error messages and shutting down in the middle of work. I only use it a couple of times a week, mostly with cloud-based files, and it still can't handle running Chrome and Word at the same time without freezing. Total waste of money.
