The laptop lacks Lenovo Nerve Sense, and the keyboard backlight barely stays on. My biggest complaint is the single USB-C port—for a gaming laptop, that's a huge letdown. Mini PCs offer more ports at a lower price, especially if you already have a monitor. The product description didn't match what I received; it felt overpriced for the same old specs. I returned it, but I'm still waiting for my refund. Hopefully I won't have to escalate.

On the first day, I ran into problems. The computer struggled with initial updates, causing the screen to not turn on, and when it did, it froze and glitched. I wouldn't buy this again. The seller wasn't helpful either—there's a 20% restocking fee and you have to pay for return shipping. If I could do it over, I'd buy locally.
