Compare prices for Lenovo Lenovo Legion Pro 5i Computers

The laptop itself is excellent – the display is stunning and it matches the specs perfectly. However, mine arrived with a minor factory defect: the keyboard backlight doesn't work. Personally, I don't mind since I usually disable it anyway, but it's still disappointing given how good everything else is. That's why I'm only giving it 2 stars.

I’ve only had this for two weeks and it just died. After about two hours of gaming, it shut off and never came back. Also, be aware—this is a third-party unit, not directly from Lenovo. The third party added the memory themselves. After this experience, I’ll only buy straight from the manufacturer next time. Update: The third-party seller was actually great to deal with. They handled everything, made sure it was all sorted out, and their customer service was outstanding—very respectful, attentive, and quick. I don’t blame them at all. The rating here is for the computer itself; the seller gets a solid 5 stars.
