Poor Performance and Screen Issues

I've had this laptop for less than a year, and the screen keeps freezing and going black. Plus, it doesn't perform as well as promised. I'd recommend spending a bit more on a different model.

$1468 Laptop Dead After 4 Uses — No Warranty Support

I’m extremely disappointed with my Lenovo 2025 LOQ 15ARP9 gaming laptop. I paid $1,468.48 for what was advertised as a 2025 model, but it died after just four uses. Turns out it was originally sold in 2024 and shipped to India, so Lenovo refuses to honor the warranty here in the US. They told me to buy a warranty in rupees—which is only valid in India. Seriously? A premium laptop that fails almost immediately and zero support. I feel cheated. Buyer beware: check where your device is registered before you buy!
