Seller sent a much slower CPU (1.7Ghz instead of 2.5Ghz)

The PC arrived in perfect condition and worked right out of the box. The only major downside is that the seller sent a much slower CPU (i5-8400T @ 1.7GHz) instead of the advertised i5-8500T @ 2.5GHz. I'm returning it.

Easy to set-up; provided keyboard did not work

This little machine replaced my old clunky desktop — love the tiny footprint! Setup was a breeze and it ran smoothly right away. But the wired keyboard that came with it was dead on arrival; tried every USB port, no luck. An old spare keyboard worked instantly. Now I'm stuck dealing with customer support, and they only offer a full replacement — I just want a working keyboard. Knocked off a star for the faulty accessory and the hassle.
