Lenovo ThinkPad E16 is a fantastic product.

The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 is an absolute beast—hands down the best laptop I've used in years. I made the mistake of buying a Microsoft Surface Pro before this, and honestly, I wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy. Lenovo actually backs their products with solid support, while Microsoft just leaves you hanging.

Not made for small business, podcasting or anything to increase productivity

This laptop completely failed to meet my expectations. I bought it based on glowing reviews and a reasonable price for my new business—which involves speaking engagements, podcasts, and social media. Right out of the box, it forced software updates, and during conference calls, the video kept glitching (my old system had no such issue). Worse, the built-in microphone wasn't detected at all, and my wireless headset with mic—which worked fine on my other laptop—showed as connected but produced no audio. After six hours of troubleshooting, nothing worked. I have a podcast tomorrow and I'm forced to fall back on my old system or phone because this one simply doesn't work. Extremely disappointed and will be requesting an immediate refund as soon as it's returned.
