Bought this ThinkPad P16s Gen 4, but it arrived with a serious hardware defect. Every time the NVIDIA RTX PRO 1000 GPU kicks in (like opening Edge or Chrome), the whole system freezes solid and I have to force a reboot. Windows Event Viewer shows WHEA-Logger Event ID 17 errors pointing to the PCI Express Legacy Endpoint. Clean driver installs and BIOS updates didn't fix it. If you're considering this model, test it for random freezes right out of the box. I'm returning it immediately – this unit is defective.
