Don’t expect any help from Lenovo unless you pay for it!

I picked up a T470s straight from Lenovo. It’s been about 10 days, and I’m starting to get the hang of it. Honestly, I’m digging the features and what it can do, but the customer support from Lenovo has been a total letdown. I just needed some basic help transferring contacts and accounts, and they told me I’d have to shell out $199 for software support. Seriously? After spending over $1200 on this laptop and struggling to get it set up, I feel like that’s just awful treatment. To be honest, I was on the fence between this and a Surface Pro, and knowing how Lenovo treats new customers, I probably would’ve gone with the Surface Pro—they actually seem eager to help.
