Does not work

The battery wouldn't charge at all, and I got a system error saying it needed to be replaced. On top of that, the OS wasn't recognized as genuine, so I couldn't even activate it without buying another license. All this happened the very first time I turned on the laptop. It looked brand new, but turned out to be seriously flawed. Really disappointing.
