Compare prices for Lenovo Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga Computers

I'm a teacher and use this as my main computer — mainly Chrome, OneNote, and Outlook. Pros: price, loading speed, storage size, the cool pen slot, and the keyboard feels great. Cons: battery life is terrible — maybe 2 hours. The touchscreen is way worse than an iPad or Surface — often misses my finger or pen and gets glitchy, which is super annoying when I'm teaching in front of the class. The pen isn't customizable. The trackpad is meh — coming from a MacBook, PC trackpads still feel so far behind. The right-click area is way too close to the middle and I keep hitting it by accident. The F keys aren't all usable and their default functions don't make sense. The Touch ID button is a nice idea but works maybe 50% of the time, even with clean hands. Conclusion: get a Surface for touchscreen, a MacBook for trackpad.

Was this an open-box item? Too many red flags: 1. The Lenovo label was torn and covered with a frayed generic patch. 2. No power supply at all — there was a cardboard spacer where one should have been, but nothing inside. 3. No Windows Hello despite the specs clearly stating it. 4. The Lenovo keyboard is usually amazing, but the brightness button didn't work. 5. The fingerprint reader never worked, no matter how many times I set it up. Makes me wonder if this was a returned or refurbished unit. 6. The screen was absolutely gorgeous though. Ugh, I was so excited for this laptop.
