Delivered damaged, QA thumbs down!

This laptop arrived damaged even though the box was perfectly intact. It clearly slipped past quality control. Very disappointed.

Unbelievable laptop at an unbelievable price

I was skeptical about this Lenovo Yoga 720-13ibk because it was listed about $400 less than similar laptops. I took a chance, figuring I could return it if it wasn't as advertised. To my surprise, it exceeded expectations. I already owned the same model that died from a motherboard short, so I thought I'd swap boards if needed. But this one arrived in excellent shape, better than my 2017 unit. Makes me wonder why I paid $800 for a new one—this used laptop was less than a third of that price. Great buy and fast delivery!
