Compare prices for Panasonic Panasonic LUMIX ZS100 Digital Cameras

I really like this camera, but it won't show the HDMI output while recording. I wasted time and money buying a cable and connecting it to my monitor, only to find that I can see the feed before recording but not during—so I can't check focus while filming. This, combined with the non-tilting screen, would have been a dealbreaker for me. It's a shame because I've had autofocus issues in videos and missed them because I couldn't see the image well. Otherwise, it's a very nice camera.

Honestly, phones just can't keep up with a small dedicated camera like this. The large sensor lets in way more light, giving you better exposure and low-light shots, plus the zoom is fantastic. It's super easy to use—even on auto mode, the photos come out great. It's perfect for both beginners and enthusiasts. I'm really impressed by the low-light performance, the zoom quality (even at full zoom, shots stay sharp), and how portable it is for travel or hikes. Bottom line: you get what you pay for, and this little camera packs a ton of value. If you want real control over your photos and versatility, stop looking. Bring your phone as a backup, but it won't compete with this camera's overall quality.
