Didn’t even last a year

It worked great for the first few months, but then one day it just wouldn't turn on. I tried everything, but nothing worked. Then, out of nowhere, it turned back on by itself (fully charged), only to die again a couple of days later. I had taken good care of it. After troubleshooting at home failed, I sent it to Lenovo. Their customer service was excellent, but unfortunately, the repair center was a different story. They claimed the charging ports and chassis were damaged, but refused to show me photos. They said it was customer-induced and wouldn't cover it under warranty—even though it was less than a year old. They quoted me over $800 for a motherboard replacement. I had them send it back; I wasn't about to pay nearly full price again for a laptop that didn't even last a year.
