The trackpad is delayed or laggy. I've tested multiple units at several Best Buys, and every GalaxyBook has this same issue.

The S-pen was advertised as included, but mine didn't come with one. I tried using my older S-pens, and the inking experience is actually great—until the fans kick in almost immediately, which is when the headache begins. Trying to reduce the noise and heat by turning off the fans doesn't help; they never go completely silent, even in power saving mode. At that point, the machine becomes completely useless for any task, including inking in OneNote, because performance is so severely limited. After trying one 2-in-1 after another for years, I'm convinced they're all terrible. Every Wintel device is like this, regardless of the manufacturer. Just go with an iPad of any size, an Apple Pencil, and GoodNotes—it's far better for inking. Forget the rest.
