[WARNING] Used Item Shipped

I am extremely frustrated with this purchase. I ordered a brand-new Samsung Galaxy S23 FE through Walmart, but the third-party seller, Creo Distributions LLC, sent me a clearly used device. There was no mention of it being used or refurbished in the listing. To make matters worse, Walmart is mislabeling my return as 'changed mind' instead of addressing the seller's fraud. I don't have a car to visit a distant store for a return, and it’s unacceptable that I have to waste my time fixing their mistake. I demand a prepaid shipping label and a full refund immediately. Buyers, stay away!
