I absolutely love this compact tablet! I already have a bigger one for home use, but this little guy is perfect for on-the-go—it fits right in my purse. It's a lifesaver for keeping the grandkids entertained in the backseat, and their small hands find it much easier to handle than the larger model.

Update: The seller asked me to ship the tablet back and offered a refund, but they wanted to charge a restocking fee. I asked for a fix or replacement instead. They claimed a factory reset let them add a Samsung account, but before I sent it back, I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Samsung and couldn't get past the "processing failed" error—even with a hard reset. I ended up getting a full refund from SquareTrade though. I wouldn't trust buying from Overstock Planet again. The tablet itself is great, but I couldn't log into my Samsung account because the original owner didn't remove the device from their account online. Without that, the device is flagged as stolen and Samsung can't override it. A factory reset would have locked me out completely. Buyer beware!
