Compare prices for Samsung Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 Cell Phones

I bought this phone a week ago, and within three days the inner screen started ignoring my touches. At first I thought it was just a setup glitch, so I tried fixing it myself, but it kept getting worse every day. The touchscreen would work on and off when the phone was open—sometimes the keyboard responded, sometimes it didn't. Strangely, the outer screen worked perfectly when the phone was closed. Since I rely on this phone as my mobile workstation when I'm away from my computer, having a fully functional device is absolutely necessary. Today I went to a Samsung store, and they told me both the inner screen and the battery are defective. I'm glad it's covered under warranty, but the hassle has been huge. I'm traveling and bought this expecting reliability, so this is incredibly frustrating. I'm extremely disappointed that a brand-new phone developed multiple hardware issues in just days. I hope this is a one-off, but my experience has been really poor, and I'd advise anyone considering this phone to think twice before buying.
