Piece of trash

I bought this 65-inch model three years ago, and it has been a nightmare. Every single year, the screen blacks out completely. You can hear the audio, but the display is 98% dark. Technicians have been out twice already to replace the entire screen, and the process of scheduling repairs through their 1-800 line is incredibly painful. I’m completely done with Samsung and will be warning everyone I know to avoid this brand at all costs.
