one size fits all

I wish they were adjustable—I can't seem to get the ideal listening position. At Best Buy I tried both the normal and mini, so I got the closest match for my head size. They stay on my head well, but sound quality is spotty, probably because bone conduction needs precise placement. Also, they use a proprietary magnetic charging cable—you can't use a standard USB-C cord. And there's hardly any audio prompting; my $20 earbuds tell me 'power on' and battery level.
