I was skeptical buying used, but these look brand new. The built-in Alexa is a nice bonus, though you need to press the NC button to activate it. Sound quality is clear and good, comparable to Echo Buds. Battery life is impressive—I used them 3-4 hours a week and still had over 50% after weeks. Bluetooth pairing is easy, but the range isn't great; I get static if I go downstairs. Noise cancellation is average—I can still hear surroundings, but I don't mind. The faux leather ear pads get greasy, so wipe them down. No hard case included, but I bought a cheap one. Overall, great value for a used pair.

The noise cancellation is just okay—it cuts out some low hums but still lets fan or airplane noise through. I wish it had an ambient mode to let outside sounds in without taking the headphones off. Biggest gripes: the NC is useless outdoors because wind hits the mics and makes a racket (and it defaults to NC on, so that's annoying). Every button press triggers a loud beep and a voice announcement, which doesn't pause the audio. The included cable doesn't carry mic input, so you can't use it as a wired headset. And you can't use them while charging. Still, for the battery life alone, they're worth it.
