Is the iPhone 12 Pro Max still worth buying in 2025?

For buyers who want a big-screen iPhone with strong cameras at a lower cost, the iPhone 12 Pro Max remains a reasonable choice thanks to its A14 chip, 5G, and premium build. The main trade-offs are aging battery life and a limited remaining update window versus newer models. Compare New and Refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max prices on Shopfox to see if the value works for you.

What makes the iPhone 12 Pro Max camera special?

The iPhone 12 Pro Max stood out for its larger main sensor with sensor-shift stabilization, a telephoto lens, a LiDAR scanner for depth and night portraits, and Apple ProRAW support. Even years later it remains a capable photography phone for the price. Check the price history on Shopfox before buying a used iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Does the iPhone 12 Pro Max support 5G and MagSafe?

Yes, the iPhone 12 Pro Max was part of Apple's first 5G-capable lineup and also introduced MagSafe magnetic charging and accessories. This means it works with the wide range of MagSafe chargers, wallets, and cases still sold today. Compare iPhone 12 Pro Max prices across sellers on Shopfox to find the best deal.

Almost exactly what I expected

The glass was a little more scratched than I anticipated based on the description and the back camera lens was a bit dirty but overall great buy at a decent price!
