Should I buy a new or refurbished Galaxy S24?

Because the Galaxy S24 is covered by a long update window, a refurbished unit can still have many years of software support left, which is unusual for a used Android phone. The things to verify are battery health, regional variant, and carrier lock status. Compare New and Refurbished Galaxy S24 prices across sellers on Shopfox to judge whether the discount justifies the trade-offs.

Is the Galaxy S24 still worth buying?

The Galaxy S24 remains a reasonable buy largely because of its 7-year update commitment, which means it will keep receiving Android and security updates well beyond a typical phone's life. The main caveat is that some newer Galaxy AI features are being reserved for later models. Checking the price history on Shopfox before buying helps you see how far the S24 has settled from its launch pricing.

Which processor does the Samsung Galaxy S24 use?

The chip in the Galaxy S24 varies by region, which is a common point of confusion for buyers comparing listings. Because regional variants of the same model number can differ in silicon, check the exact model code and region on the listing rather than assuming. This is especially worth doing on imported or unlocked units.

Users generally praise the S24 for being fast and responsive, especially noting a significant upgrade from older models like the S21. The integrated AI features, such as 'Circle to Search,' are highlighted as convenient and innovative. However, some users reported glitches, such as apps not working properly or calls going straight to voicemail. A major concern for refurbished buyers is the software update lock on specific carrier versions (like AT&T) and occasional activation difficulties.
